Last day and Ballet...
Thursday was the last day or first grade for Emily. I took some pictures of Em and some of her friends from the neighborhood getting off the bus and walking home on the last day of school:
Now on to the big Ballet Recital. This year the theme was The Wizard of Oz. Emily was a munchkin. Here are three pictures of Emily's fan club:
Unfortunately, the pictures I took during her actual dance were too blurry to use, but the pics included here are of her bopping around while the Lollipop Guild did their thang. :) She is second from the left:
After the recital we wandered around getting autographs from all the main characters. The parents and families of those 15 and 16 year olds were so tickled about them signing autographs. It was very cute.
