september 2008
first day of school! the first is before school, the second is after:
dinner time after the second day of school, emily took the two pictures of me. maybe she'll be a photographer?
early in september, while mike was in denver for work, my folks and i took emily kayaking for the first time. it was a GORGEOUS day and we all had a wonderful time!
one hot september afternoon, we made our way to the fountain in ester short park.
on our way back to the car, someone pointed out this owl sleeping in a tiny tree. we couldn't resist taking a couple of pictures.
next are a group of pictures from a trip (and picnic) at the rose garden.
here at two shots of em in her new sweatshirt from grandpa budd. she's one the newest badger fans! thanks grandpa budd!
okay, so these last two pictures are from october... but now i'm caught up.
we'll see you next week, after our trip to disneyland.
